To register and use phmoba, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and belongs to you. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. phmoba reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility and comply with applicable regulations. Accounts found to belong to ineligible persons, including minors, will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your phmoba username and password secure and must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately by contacting our support team so that appropriate action can be taken. phmoba will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform in any way that is not expressly permitted. Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the platform's systems will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities. All transactions on phmoba are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) using supported payment methods including GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, and you must only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal amounts. phmoba does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control. We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification of account identity or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
